About the project
BEE was commissioned by Guiyang West Technology Park for full MEP sustainability consultancy and building simulations for green building LEED certification consulting. This project covers up to 140,000 sqm and is compound by 7 buildings, where PV panels, ground source heat pumps, LED lighting and highly insulated building envelopes were installed. The technology park was initially pre-certified LEED Gold under the Core and Sheel rating system. At the beginning of 2015, it achieved a total of 68 points earning a LEED Gold certification.
