Shanghai ITC is potentially the largest WELL Building Standard project in the world. It encompasses three office towers and a hotel, providing high-quality business spaces with a gross floor area of 380,000 sqm. Located in the heart of the Xujiahui business circle in Shanghai, the project is set to attract global Fortune 500 companies as well as renowned domestic and international enterprises.

Project Progress

In 2024, Lot 4 Tower 1 achieved the prestigious WELL Platinum Certification. Meanwhile, Towers 2 and 3 have been precertified under the same standard, underscoring Shanghai ITC’s unwavering commitment to creating healthier, more sustainable workplaces.
