One of our notable projects – Hang Seng Bank Main Branch Renovation – has been awarded the HKGBC Green Building Award 2025 in the Existing Buildings – Interiors category. The award recognises renovation projects that improve sustainability and overall building performance, and we couldn’t be more pleased to see our client receive this achievement.
Our team supported the project in achieving both LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications by providing technical guidance on sustainability and wellness strategies, as well as performance improvement ideas throughout the renovation.
