On December 9, our President Alessandro Bisagni attended the Sustainability & Safety Charter Signing Ceremony, where Hongkong Land pledged its commitment to sustainability and safety as part of the Tomorrow’s Central redevelopment.
We are delighted to support the project with the Prince’s Building podium conversion and by providing sustainability consulting for key tenants. The newly set ambitious sustainability goals include:
- Achieve zero work-related fatalities
- Keep injury rate below 2.0
- Divert at least 75% of construction waste
- Fully implement site electrification
- Reduction of carbon intensity by 22 %
