Song Saa Reserve

The first registered Living Community Challenge in Cambodia, Song Saa Reserve aims to set a global benchmark for high-end, environmentally and socially conscious tourism development with the country’s first ethically led mixed-use resort.

Song Saa Collective hired BEE to provide sustainability consulting and help design and plan the 500-acre eco-tourism hub, from initial to master planning. BEE is drafting the Living Community Challenge Vision Plan and building/environmental codes that will be used by the project, local municipality, and other communities that seek to achieve similar sustainability goals.
